1. Returns Eligibility

We want you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 8 days of delivery.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, personal care products, or customized items, are non-returnable.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account and go to the Orders section.
  2. Select the item you wish to return and submit a return request.
  3. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our delivery partner.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, you can place a new order after returning the original item. Availability of stock will determine whether an exchange is possible.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund as per our policy.

6. Cancellations

In case you have placed an order with us and wish to cancel it. Please initiate the cancellation process within a day of placing your order. Your order will not be eligible for cancellation, if 1 day time period since the order was placed is extended.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable products

  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Customized or personalized orders
